FranklinTowne Condominium Association Swim At Your Own Risk Acceptance
If you would like to use the FranklinTowne Pool, please complete the Pool Registration Form below. You will receive an electronic lock fob to gain access to the pool after registration has been completed.
This is to serve as notice that our pool operates as a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK program. Our season will commence on May 25, 2025.
The undersigned shall and will and hereby does release, indemnify, protect, and save harmless the FranklinTowne Condominium Association, and all other Unit Owner Members thereof, from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, court costs and attorneys’ fees, resulting from any and all loss of life or property, or from injury or damage to the person or property of any person, including but not limited to the undersigned and the undersigned’s guests, household, family members and invitees, which may arise from the use of the swimming pool and/or the swimming pool area.
We ask that each OWNER read this form carefully and fill out the information at the bottom. This letter serves as notification of the "at risk" program and acceptance of the Swimming Pool Rules as follows:
Pool Hours are 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM daily.
Pool is for OWNERS and/or their tenants.
Guests are limited to 4 per unit.
No Running, Diving or Rough Play.
No Smoking, No Bottles Or Glass.
No visibly intoxicated individuals are permitted in the pool area. Violation of this will result in pool access revoked for 1 week on the 1st incident and for the remainder of the season on the 2nd.
No street clothes in pool.
No loud music.
Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
No large rafts or flotation devices, only Personal Flotation Devices i.e. flotation devices designed to be worn.
No pets.
Anyone not considerate and respectful of others in the pool area will have their pool access revoked for 1 week on the 1st incident and for the remainder of the season on the 2nd.
Anyone inside the pool area after closing without permission will have their pool access revoked for the remainder of the season.
I have read the FranklinTowne Pool Rules and understand that we are operating under a swim at your own risk program.
